Greene King partnered with VML to consolidate a fragmented digital landscape of ~1,700 websites on 80 domains into a unified, high-performing, composable Sitecore foundation on a single web domain, and integrating Greene King’s first-ever enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Marketing Platform (CMP) with Sitecore Content Hub.

Recognizing Greene King’s lack of prior DAM experience, our “DAM Foundations” workshops provided a crash course in digital asset management best practices. Together, we collaboratively developed an enterprise DAM metadata schema, controlled vocabularies, and taxonomies.
